WE ARE STRONG—BECAUSE OF OUR INNATE GOODNESS. We are born good. Our soul is good and we are here to learn.
Why are we here?
There are many reasons. Among them is to experience this life, in all its demands of us. We seek to stretch what we know and how we understand.
We are here to bring our knowledge and wisdom, as a soul, with compassion and unbiased generosity. There are many among us who chose this life, regardless of its hardships, in order to show us how to live with an open heart and to bless all around us. They are our mentors, our examples.
We are here, largely, to learn to heal the wounds of our spirit that we ourselves caused by our cruelty and harshness in past/other lives. This requires us to look honestly at ourselves, our misgivings, how we judge others. Sometimes, this lesson brings hardness upon us, that we may be brought to face what we are. Sometimes, this lesson is mirrored to us as we look into the faces of others who suffer greatly. Sometimes, this lesson we bear our entire life without acknowledging it or realizing our own shallow intolerance of others.
There are many lessons of the soul in life. Most of us are gracious and have good intentions. Most of us seek to be useful and to be kind. Most of us truly do have open hearts and are generous of spirit. These greater number of us are “The Wayshowers,” by example.
You are one of these, dear soul, because your mind seeks understanding.
You are one of these because your heart sees others’ pain and you wish to be a good person doing good with your life. You are a Wayshower. Not because you must teach or speak or lead as a professional, but because you do these, every day, just be being who you are. In this way, you—among the many who seek to improve their hearts—are a living example of the Divinity working in the physical world.
How do I know this? Because you care. Because you try. Because you are curious to learn, to understand, to be better. Because you share your experience, your knowledge, your talent.
Dear soul, the majority in the world are good, with open hearts and open minds. You seek to find your place, to be your best.
Those who have not found their way, not found their light, do not see their light, and do not yet live it—but, instead, are lost in cruelty, distemper, rage, and intolerance—they see the Light in others. They may ignore if, for now, but it is not unseen, it is not unheard. In their dark nights, when no one honors them, when others chastise them—they do remember the light of your being, your words.
Dear soul, be your Light, every day. Every day, seek to be the full Being that you are. This is why you are here. And only this.
And those who are so deeply carved into their cruel natures will only find their own light after their own challenges become too great to bear.
Help those you can. And pray for those who cause harm and destruction. In this prayerful state of being, not to be better but to be strong. For the strength of hearts who seek to be a blessing in others’ lives is a strength that cannot be turned.
In this way, you are a Wayshower, a living example. Be always this Better person that you are.
Yes, stand up for right and justice—but with a clear eye and a clear heart and an inner strength that stands always for the best in everyone.
By your actions, by your words, you are a Wayshower. This is who we are — all who live their Best Self and seek to be a helper to all others who are in need of release.

The Wayshowers are many of the people in our lives, in our communities, in the news. Those who reach out to help others, in whatever way, whatever the circumstance.
